Instagram Insider 2.0 Recovery Guide Terms of Service
This agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between you (“Client”) and Future&Co. (“Company”) as of the date of purchase (“Effective Date”) of the Instagram Insider 2.0 Recovery Guide. By purchasing, downloading, or using the Instagram Insider 2.0 Recovery Guide (“Guide”), the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions.
1. Service Description

2. Privacy and Data Security

3.2 No Refunds:

The Client is responsible for any applicable taxes associated with their purchase.

5. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may impact the success of the recovery process, and the Company shall not be held liable for unsuccessful outcomes.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Guide, including loss of data, profits, or reputation.
7. Intellectual Property

8. Indemnification

If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any material changes will be communicated through the Company’s website or email. By continuing to use the Instagram Insider 2.0 Recovery Guide after such changes, the Client agrees to the updated terms.
By purchasing the Instagram Insider 2.0 Recovery Guide, the Client acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement, including any future amendments.
